InVision

One of the coolest things about InVision is that 100% of their company works remotely. While this gives them an extreme about of flexibility when it comes to finding and hiring the right talent, it also means that most of their staff don’t get to see one another in real life. That’s why the company has their tentpole annual event, iRL, where they gather their entire staff together for a week of bonding and training. For iRL 2019, they chose Jetspace Studio for the complex job of branding an entire Phoenix, AZ resort for their purposes. After several consultations and an in-person site visit, we created a site signage plan that included directionals and wayfinding, informational, and branded signage to be placed throughout the event location. We also created a custom sitemap to be used in their event map.

Part of what makes an event special are those little moments of delight. For this event, we also designed a series of glass clings to be used throughout the property on windows and mirrors. InVision is a fun company to work for, and we wanted them to have some fun reminders of that for their employees.
